    老年人能练瑜伽吗

      随着社会的发展,瑜伽越来越普及,很多中老年人也开始练瑜伽了,但是还是有很多人对瑜伽有误解,认为瑜伽只适合年轻人,老人身体太僵硬练不了,其实不然,人30岁以后骨骼会慢慢退化,身体已经不适合剧?#20197;?#21160;,而瑜伽就是最好的选择,任何年龄段的人都适合练习。

      因为老年人的体能相比年轻人都有一定的退化,瑜伽可以促进血液循环,促进新陈代谢,排出体内的毒素,提升身体的柔韧性还可以调养生息、增强体能。

      但是老年人练瑜伽也需注意以?#24405;?#28857;:

      1、心态一定要放好,做任何体式都不能操之过急,不能有攀比的心理。

      2、如果体式做不到位,不要逞强,否则只会给自己带来伤害。

      3、听从自己的内心,上课过程中切记不要憋气。

      4、练习过程中可以多借助瑜伽辅助用具来帮你练习体式。

      5、一定要在专业的老师指导下进行锻炼。

      6、在练习中身体有任何不适要及时告知老师。
