    瑜伽扭转体式动作的功效

      瑜伽扭转的体式使我们深深地感触到脊椎的运动——旋转、扭动、挤压和伸展,使位于身体中线的所有组织得到放松。

      在进行扭转体式练习时,应该首先从腹部开始,然后过渡到躯干,最后是颈部。先从腹部开始扭转可以使胸廓与骨盆上端相连接,不会出现肋骨无力地向内垂直向腹部,亦不会因身体的伸展而肋骨外翻。只有正确的练习体式才能享受体式给我们身心带来的益处。

      扭转体式功效:

      3、保持椎间盘的润滑

      4、按摩内脏,帮助消化
