      瑜伽猫伸展式可以增强脊柱的弹性和髋部的灵活性,缓解轻微背疼,还可以帮助子宫恢复正常?#24674;茫?#25152;以在产后练也是有益的。

      体式进入:

      1、四脚跪姿准备

      2、呼气,双臂向前伸直,双肩放松

      3、可以先用额头触地,再逐步用下巴、胸腔碰触地面

      4、保持大腿与地面垂直,随呼气胸腔继续寻找地面

      5、保持5个呼吸,吸气时回到婴儿式放松

      体式功效:

      1、充分伸展背部、腿部和肩部,改善血液循环,消除肩膀酸痛和疲劳

      2、调节女性的各种妇科疾病

      3、让脊椎得到适当的伸展,增加身体的灵活性

      4、缓解痛经,促进消化,缓解轻度便秘
