    肩倒立会损伤颈椎吗

      肩倒立体式会让颈部前推至弹性状态,其弹力的大小取决于肩颈的相对位置。如果在做这个体式时,重心稍向远离头的方向来到肩的后半部分,并且让倾斜的胸腔呈对角线地相对远离头部。那么她的颈部便可在相对舒适,没有太多压力的情况下做到这个体式,在一些瑜伽流派中也是是标准的做法,这样一般来说是对颈部很安全的。

      但如果在肩倒立体式练习中瑜伽练习者胸腔和颈部基本呈现直角,胸骨直接压向下巴。这样就会造成颈部出于一个极度的拉伸状态。用身体的重量来挤压在肩颈部,可能有些人这么做?#21069;?#20840;的,但是对更多人的颈部会很容?#26894;賈录?#24615;或者显著的伤害。
