    双角扭转式注意事项

      双角式扭转在包含双角式加强根基力量、拉伸双腿韧带、扩展胸腔等方面的前提下还能通过安全的扭转整个脊柱,使椎体更加灵活,刺激神经,强化内脏器官,尤其是在完成体式后,感受呼吸很流畅,精神也得以调动。

      在练习时我们应当注意以下几点:

      1、双脚内侧应当保持平行或脚尖微微回扣,不要将脚尖朝向外打开

      2、进入前屈时脊柱应当保持延展,不可弯腰弓背

      3、不要为了使手掌压地而屈膝

      4、扭转时避免骨盆一边高一边低

      5、不可为了扭转更多而屏住呼息

      6、起身不宜过快,导致闪到腰或头晕
